On January 29, the Kentron and Nork-Marash District Court is scheduled to examine the suit that the German portfolio investment firm “Ostinvestor” has filed against Gagik Tsarukyan’s “Yerevan Ararat Brandy”.
“Ostinvestor”, a German portfolio investment firm, claims that Tsarukyan, who heads the Prosperous Armenia Party, illegally obtained the shares through a questionable stock consolidation deal. It wants to get the shares back. »»»»»

The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund continues to make headway in the construction of a drinking-water network in Sos, a village in Artsakh’s Martuni Region, as well as the refurbishment of the community’s broken water reservoir. Anahit DanielyanNKR President Bako Sahakyan today named Vasily Atadjanyan to the post of NKR Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs.
Prior to the posting, Mr. Atadjanyan had been a member of the NKR Parliament, serving as President of the Standing Committee for Social Affairs. He will join Vardan Barseghyan as the NKR’s other deputy foreign affairs minister.
