Russia Sends Eighty Tons of Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh

The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry reports that fifteen of its trucks delivered humanitarian aid, which arrived the day before by rail from Russia, to distribution points in Stepanakert, Martuni, Martakert and Askeran. In total, eighty tons of assistance was delivered.

The cargo will be further distributed among the residents of these settlements to restore damaged housing. The cargo included generators, building material and household appliances.

“In total, 54 wagons weighing 1,200 tons will arrive in the region by rail soon. "Everything that is so necessary for the impacted residents," the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations stated.
