A legal suit brought against the RA Ministry of the Environment by a civic organization charging the government body with “dereliction of duty” continues today at the Yerevan Administrative Court.

The group “Ecological Safety and Democracy Development” has charged the Ministry with no taking any steps against Armenian Water and Sewage for not cleaning up sewage and mining wastes flowing into the River Voghji.
