U.S. Ambassador To Armenia Visits Yerevan's Yerablur Military Pantheon

U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien paid her respects to the victims of the decades of conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"We also extend our sincere condolences to the families of those killed and injured during last week's hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh," the U.S. Embassy in Armenia said in a statement.

Three years ago, on September 27,  Azerbaijan started a large-scale war against Nagorno-Karabakh, which ended with partial takeover of Nagorno-Karabakh 44 days later and a joint ceasefire statement signed by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on November 10, 2020. Today, Armenians all over the world pay respects to the victims of the 44-Day-War.
