Pashinyan, German Development Bank Reps Discuss New Energy Projects

Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and representatives of the German state-owned investment and development bank KfW met in Yerevan today and discussed potential new energy projects in Armenia.

Thomas Eisenbach, Head of the KfW’s Division for Energy and Natural Resources in the Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Department told Pashinyan the bank is ready to implement new projects in the country.

The KfW Development Bank has been active in Armenia since 1998. On behalf of the German Federal Government, it supports projects in the areas of sustainable economic development, training and employment, sustainable urban development, and the protection of natural resources.
