The Armenian community of Sweden held a protest rally on Friday in front of the Hungarian Embassy in Stockholm. The protesters held slogans such as "For how much did you sell your honour?" and "We wan justice for Gurgen Markaryan".

A letter of protest addressed to the Hungarian Government was handed over to the Vice Ambassador of Hungary, who emphasized Hungary's long friendship with the Armenian people and expressed their sharing of the Armenian grief. Along with the letter, the Hungarian Vice Ambassador also received two books on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
