During the election of RA President on February 18, 2013 72 reports were proceeded by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia until 23:00. 50 of these reports were proceeded in the result of monitoring the mass media implemented by the Prosecution Office, 5 were proceeded on the base of the alarms received on hot line.

In the result of consideration 2 criminal cases were initiated pursuant to the Article 153 (voting more than once) and the Article 34-153 (trying to vote instead of another person) of RA Criminal Code.

One case was sent to RA Special Investigation Service, the examination of the rest of the alarms is going on in the police.

At the same time we inform that on February 18, 20 alarms were received on hot line, only 5 of which contained information about crime provided by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which as it was already mentioned, were registered and sent to the appropriate subdivisions of the police to be investigated in the order defined by law.
