The examination of the incident recorded on February 18, 2013 at about 17:45 in the precinct N 34/36 of Gyumri with the participation of the Deputies of National Assembly Ruben Hakobyan and Suqias Avetisyan will be implemented by the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.

Taking into consideration the public interest we inform that the head of the local election commission N 34/36 also reported about the incident to the police and materials were prepared in the Investigation Division of the General Investigation Department of Shirak region.

By the instruction of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia the materials prepared in the police were required and will be sent to the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.
