A group from the office of the RoA Human Rights Ombudsman today visited Sasun Mikayelyan in the prison hospital where he is being monitored for health reasons. Mr. Grigori Grigoryan, from the Ombudsman’s office told "Hetq" that none of the medical staff was present given that it is Saturday. Mr. Grigoryan said that the group talked to the attending physician on duty but that as such he isn’t fully informed as to Mr. Mikayelyan’s condition. He said that Ombudsman would probably petition the Ministry of Justice to conduct a thorough examination of Mr. Mikayelyan’s medical condition and have him transferred to a civilian hospital if called for.
