"Hetq" reporters in the field are reporting a strange occurrence. It seems that at almost all polling stations, reporters have noticed members of the local elections committee, especially the presidents, on their cell phones, to persons unknown, reporting the number of people who have shown up to cast their ballot up till that point. Reporters have also witnessed committee presidents leaving the polling station to make calls. Committee officials refused to tell "Hetq" reporters who they were calling and why the periodic reports were so urgently needed.
