Rule of Law Party MP Stepan Aslanyan has told Hetq that he would be resigning his seat in the Armenian parliament to assume administrative work on the outside. He didn’t give any details. "I won’t say now. Things will become clear in ten days or so. It’s work of a scientific nature, in one of the institutes," he told Hetq. Mr. Aslanyan will be replaced in the parliamentary slot by Gagik Baghdasaryan, the next party member on the proportional list.
