The Nor Nork District Administrative Court has rejected an appeal by “Radio Hye” to obligate Heritage MP Stepan Safaryan to issue a retraction of a statement he made claiming that the station was carrying out the directives handed down either by President Serzh Sargsyan personally or from the presidential office.
