On the heels of yesterday’s rally in Yerevan, calling for an end to the constitutional change process and the ouster of the President Serzh Sargsyan, the New Armenia Salvation Front has announced that another rally will be held today as well.

Yesterday’s rally in Liberty Square attracted around 3,000 people. After a series of speeches, the demonstrators marched through downtown Yerevan. Police were out in force along the route.

Some of those attending yesterday evening’s rally are now staging a sit-in at the square.

Today’s rally is scheduled for 6pm.
