U.S. House of Representatives members Frank Pallone (New Jersey) and Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) arrived in Artsakh today and were met by Artsakh Parliament President Ashot Ghoulyan in Shushi.

The congress members were accompanied on their fact-finding mission by Robert Avetisyan, Artsakh’s Permanent Representative in the U.S., Armenian Assembly Co-President Anthony Barsamian, and All Armenian Fund U.S. President Maria Mehranian.
