The Sargis Muradyan gallery opened today in Yerevan (38 Isahakyan) with an exhibit entitled “The Woman in Isahakyan’s Art” and dedicated to the memory of his wife Lyudmila Kechek. The private gallery was jointly founded by Zarhuie Muradyan (the artist’s daughter) and her husband Hakob Tchagharyan. The couple plan to turn the gallery into a new and active cultural hub for the Armenian capital where exhibitions, receptions and other cultural events will take place.
