I understand the reaction against the “historical commission” in the protocols. But I dont and wont understand the one with the current Turkish borders. Does this intelleactual author claims “Wilsonian Armenia”? Does he want to go back the conditions before the battle of Manzikert? On the other hand, I am also against the Turkish officials making the border recognizition a condition for diplomatic relations. Because, Syria does not recognize Turkey’s borders, but we have friendly relations with them.
A correction: According to Ottoman statistics there were 60.119 Armenians in the whole Bursa vilayet (with a population of 474.000), not in Bursa city.

Great! if every journalist were able to write what he/she thinks and wants in this way, without swear and bad language, without artificial intelligence and stressed “patriotism”, we’ll have not only excellent journalism, but also intellectual audience.
