Something major happened in the southern Artsakh village of Togh today…why else would the president of the country and the Primate of the Artsakh Armenian Apostolic Church Diocese show up? So what was the hub-bub all about? It was Artsakh’s first wine festival, attended by some 2,000 visitors from Armenia, overseas and Artsakh.They tasted locally produced wine and danced to traditional Armenian melodies.The wines on display were produced by three major producers and twenty individuals operations.
