Scores of demonstrators marched from Yerevan’s Liberty Square to the Presidential Office, demanding that Valery Permyakov, the Russian soldier accused of killing six members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri on January 12, to be handed over to Armenian law enforcement. Permyakov is now in the custody of military officials at the Russian military base in Gyumri.
