Photo Story: One School’s Construction

In 2011 the government verified the results of a 430.7 million AMD tender for the construction of a new building. In 2012 the winning firm laid the foundations for the building but three years later the school hasn’t been completed. Spitak Kamar, the construction firm is owned MP Aragatz Akhoyan. The new building, designed to accommodate 100 pupils, is now full of rain water because the company didn’t get around to installing a roof last year.
