Conference in Stepanakert Dedicated to Artskah's 20th Anniversary
An international conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Artsakh’s independence got underway today in the capital of Stepanakert.
A number of official from Artsakh and Armenia, including RA Deputy President of the Parliament Edward Sharmazanov , welcomed the assembled guests.
Sharmazanov stated that the independence of Artsakh conforms to all international legal norms and that the so-called Artsakh issue has but one resolution – for the rest of the world to officially recognize the Republic of Artsakh.
