In 2011, physicians found an eight centimetre malignant tumor on the liver of 36 year-old Harutyun Iritsyan, a father of three in the Javakhk village of Katnatu.

The tumor has grown and doctors say that only a liver transplant can save Harutyun’s life. Such an operation will cost $150,000.
