Government Proposes to Cancel 43 Billion in Tax Penalties

According to a package of amendments and modification to Armenian property and land tax legislation, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan noted at a cabinet meeting today that the government would cancel 43 billion AMD in penalties and fees for non-payment in the agricultural sector.

PM Sargsyan said that such a move would serve as a strong incentive for development and lift a heavy burden from the shoulders of agricultural enterprises and individuals.
