Arguing that TV programming play a prime factor in shaping social norms and values in Armenia, a women’s rights defense group has called on "Amenia TV"  to make changes to one of its favourite soap operas – Tough Living.

The Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women has sent an open letter to the TV station, arguing that the program portrays women being beaten, abused and demeaned.
