On 11 May, the journalist of the “GALA” TV of Gyumri N. Nalbandyan reported that on 5 May, he had gone to the polling station 33 located in School 30 of Gyumri with the purpose to get explanations from the commission. The commission chairman G. Hovhannisyan had refused to provide information, quarreled with him and hindered the implementation of his activities.
