The RA Ministry of Nature Protection says a draft blueprint for the reservation of the Trchkan Waterfall has been prepared.

The natural landmark was recently threatened by the planned for construction of a small hydro-electric plant.

The Ministry says the plan is available on its website and is soliciting proposals from the public.
