During his meeting with the newly appointed French Ambassador to Baku, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that Armenian armed forces should be withdrawn from “occupied Azerbaijani lands” to resolve the conflict and noted that the proposals of the Armenian side are unacceptable.

According to a Today.Az report, French Ambassador Pascal Meunier said he was pleased with his new diplomatic posting appointment and that Azerbaijan is a modern, tolerant and cultured country.
