Ruben Hayrapetyan Banned from U.S.? Embassy does not comment on individual visa cases

The Armenian press has frequently reported that RA MP Ruben Hayrapetyan, who also owns the Harsnakar Restaurant, has been banned from entering the United States.

When Hetq asked U.S. Embassy Press Secretary Takouhie Jahoukyan to shed some light on the matter, she answered that the The U.S. Embassy does not comment on individual visa cases.

It's Armenia that he should be banned from.

They should keep him in Armenia and confiscate his Armenian passport immediately, until his criminal charges cleared away by court order!!This is a practical rule, which is very common in civilized world!!
