14:51, August 1, 2012Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited Firuz Faragov, an Azerbaijani military serviceman who crossed the Armenian border on the night of July 26 and is now in Armenian custody.
The ICRC representatives handed Faragov a message from his relatives. He in turn handed them two letters to take back to his family.
