23:30, August 15, 2012I am looking for a translator (Armenian-English) who can fill my shoes while I’m away from my desk at Hetq for 10-15 days during the month of September.
Candidates must have some translation experience, preferably with a news outlet.
Candidates must be familiar with official and public sector terminology used in Armenia.
Candidates must be able to produce feature articles and news briefs that are succinct and comprehensible. Please do not apply if your English syntax and grammar are just so-so.
Finally, candidates must reside in Armenia.
Be forewarned, the salary is nothing to write home about. So only candidates who wish to assist Hetq and at the same time hone their translation skills need apply.
Send your cover letter and CV’s to Hrant at hg.hetq@gmail.com by Sunday, August 20.
