Visiting NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, at a joint press conference with RA President Sargsyan in Yerevan, stated that, ““I’m deeply concerned by Azerbaijan’s decision to pardon Ramil Safarov, because that decision damages trust.”
