Court Rejects Hetq Reporter's Legal Suit

The Avan and Nor Nork Administrative Court has rejected the suit brought by Hetq reporter Grisha Balasanyan seeking damages from MP Ruben Hayrapetyan.

Balasanyan had demanded a public apology from the MP and compensation in the amount of 1million AMD for verbal abuse and defamation. The Hetq reporter is preparing an appeal.
