Armenian Businessman Doubts Yerevan-Van Flights in Two Weeks
Arsen Ghazaryan, who chairs the Union of Manufacturers & Employers in Armenia, stated today that recent Turkish press reports regarding the start of flights between Yerevan and Van is a misunderstanding.
Recently, Ayhan Fidan of the Van Industry and Trade Chamber told Hurriyet Daily News that flights between the Armenian capital and Van would operate in two weeks.
One week ago, Ghazaryan announced that such flights would possibly begin in the spring of 2013.
The Press Service of the Civil Aviation Agency of Armenia is expected to comment on the issue in the near future.
