At this moment there are large crowds gathered near the building housing the offices of the Armenian Football Federation. There are some 25 mini-vans parked across the street of the Federation presided over by MP Rouben Hayrapetyan.

People speaking with a Gyumri accent have been spotted getting out of the vans. It would appear that the crowds are being ferried to various polling stations throughout Yerevan to cast ballots in today’s election.
