After this afternoon’s meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisian, the president’s press service announced that the two men stressed the need implement all processes within the scope of the RA Constitution and applicable laws of the land.

The statement says the two discussed a wide range of issues regarding the presidential election and post-election developments.
