Transparency International monitor Babken Ter-Grigoryan has informed Hetq that the back-up in the 7/15 polling station is due to the fact that residents of area old-age homes are being bused in to vote.

Ter-Grigoryan added that the seniors are being “instructed” in the ballot process.

Those engaged in transporting and guiding the seniors are mostly young men.

Hetq also witnessed the ferrying of voters at polling stations 7/14, 7/15 and 7/16. No police were seen at these sites.
