Eduard Topchyan Awarded the Italian Order of Merit for Labour

Maestro Eduard Topchyan has been awarded the Italian Order of Merit for Labour signed by President Napolitano for his exceptional achievements in culture. The Order was handed to Maestro on November 20, 2013 by Ambassador HE Bruno Scapini.

Also attending was the First Lady of Armenia, Mrs. Rita Sargsyan.
