The RoA Ministry of Defense has issued a statement condemning a YouTube film that purported to show young Armenian soldiers being beaten and verbally abused. The statement says that the film was of such low quality that viewers weren’t able to see the faces of the men or to hear if in fact they were actually speaking Armenian. In any event; the Ministry says that it will seek to verify the film; the identity of those portrayed and those who filmed it.
