The RA Ministry of Justice has issued a statement refuting press reports that Nikol Pashinyan was physically assaulted at the "Kosh" criminal detention facility. Mr. Pashinyan, the chief editor of the daily Haykakan Zhamanak, is serving time on charges related to the public disturbances following the 2008 presidential election in Armenia.
