President Sargsyan Appoints Harutyunyan as Chief of Government Staff

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today signed a decree appointing Davit Harutyunyan (photo) as Minister - Chief of Government Staff and reappointing Armen Yeritzyan as Minister of Emergency Situations.

Harutyunyan served as Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia from 1998–2007.
