Visiting French President Francois Hollande, escorted by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, today participated in the official opening of the Missak Manouchian Park in Yerevan.

The area, popularly known as Mashtots Park, was the site of a three month struggle by activists to stop municipal plans to turn it into a commercial site.
