Republic of Armenia, Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Justice Ministers Sign Collaborative Partnership Memorandum

Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Hovhannes Manukyan signed a Collaborative Partnership memorandum with his counterpart in the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, Ararat Danielyan, during his two-day visit to the de facto republic, reports the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

The memorandum incorporates and reaffirms the conditions stipulated in the memorandums the parties signed in 2007 and 2010, and indicates the organizing and holding of joint events such as conferences, lectures, and business meetings aimed at professional development and training in the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. The parties underlined the importance of investing in digital technology to make the events more effective.

Manukyan praised the level of cooperation between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, expressing confidence that it will contribute to having a more development and legally recognized state. "I feel myself in my homeland. Not only is this visit effective in the context of partnership, but also it offers us an interesting experience: We are in our Artsakh, our land, where the fate of our homeland and our people was decided," said Manukyan.

Manukyan awarded Danielyan the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Justice's "Nerses the Graceful" medal for his significant contributions in the field of justice.
