NKR Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan yesterday met with Armenian community representatives in Toronto on his first leg of a working visit to Canada.

Mirzoyan was also the principal speaker at the Hayastan All Armenia Fund annual gala and presented his government’s plans to develop the country.

He also spoke about the current stage of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict settlement process.

The NKR foreign minister is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with the Armenian communities of Ottowa and Montreal.
