Armenia’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan met today with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk in Yerevan today.

The two are said to have discussed the November 12 downing of an Armenian helicopter by Azerbaijan along the Karabakh Line of Contact and the steps being taken by the OSCE to clarify the fate of the three man crew.
