Catholicos Aram I of the Great House of Cilicia today received Armenia’s Ambassador to Lebanon, Ashot Kocharyan, at his pontifical residence in Antelias.

During their meeting the two discussed upcoming plans to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1915 Armenian Genocide and issues related to Armenia-diaspora cooperation.

Catholicos Aram I conveyed his condolences to the families of the three Armenian crew members who died when their helicopter was shot down by Azerbaijan on November 12.
