Earthquake Hits Armenia-Azerbaijan Border
A 3.9 magnitude earthquake struck the southern Armenia-Azerbaijan border region at 3:02 am today.
The quake, felt in Kapan, Kajaran and Sisian, was followed by a 3.3 magnitude tremor.
Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Affairs has yet to report on resulting damage or casualties.
