Artsakh Minister of Defense Movses Hakobyan today met with the Minsk Group Co-Chairs (Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation; Pierre Andrieu of France; and James Warlick of the United States of America.) in Stepanakert.

Also present was the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.

The co-chairs related the findings of their recent tour of the region to the minister and discussed longterm prospects for a settlement of the conflict.
