At a meeting today in Stepanakert between Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan and Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan, the two discussed ways to strengthen sector cooperation between the two countries.

The two sides signed several agreements along these lines, especially in terms of retraining emergency and rescue unit personnel.
