Armenia's "Civil Initiative" Movement Works to Become Political Party

The governing council of the Civil Initiative organization in Armenia has issued a press communiqué stating that a group has been formed to transform the movement into a political party.

The group has already drafted a charter and a policy program and will soon convene a founding congress.
