Staff talks at Armenia’s Ministry of Defense continued today regarding preparations for and conducting the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s “Inviolable Friendship” military exercises scheduled for September 28 to October 4 in Armenia.

First Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan told those present that the Armenian MOD has received an official letter from Mr. Hervé Ladsous, the Head of the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operation, that reps from his department will be attending the exercises as observers.
