Arguing that the 20,000 Armenians remaining in Syria face the threat of total destruction, Armenia’s Heritage Party today demanded that Armenia’s government and pan-Armenian structures execute political, diplomatic and financial measures to save them.

Heritage also called on all interested parties, from political parties to civil society representatives, to jointly discuss the issue as soon as possible with the aim of coming up with potential solutions to the plight of Armenians in Syria.
